when people ask me what's the difference with other pump.. seriously, i cannot say. but ajasu here, mmg semua pam dia dah try.. so i always ask her about other pump as well.. walaupun dia mmg tau aku pengguna tegar medela.. in fact, masa dulu-dulu i cerita pasal 2 phase expression medela pun, she could not get it.. but she said she understood what i mean lepas dah jadi pengguna medela...
i am here not to say i am a medela breastpump seller.. tapi as a friend. if you own any medela's BP.. you will know what i am talking about.. same as our friend's testimonial before, Ariys.. if you think how expensive the breastpump.. i agree with her, kalau ada duit rumah pasang Astro, beli hp baru sokmo, kenapa tak boleh invest beli BP yang elok walaupun harganya quite pricey

Aja ~ your review on FS really attracts me lah. Actually kawan yg bgtau about this BP. I was Avent BP users, never crossed my mind to try other BP. I have both manual and Avent UNO tu. So far mmg ok je, i think they're both ok. I used to pump 2-3x/day, then fully BF after working hours. Memula tu ok je, maybe dpt la 10-12oz a day. (for me it was satisfying cos my boy also drink FM)
Cuma bila orang lain dpt express byk (sampai 25-30oz tuh..) tu yang jeles tu. Tp i dint get the chance to BF / use the pump longer pon, my first baby only BF for 2months, then my 2nd boy only BF for 6months. Now i am 4months pregnant with the 3rd one. Hoping to fully BF this baby. i'm soooo envy with those moms who managed to BF the baby sampai umo 2-3 thn.. nak kena menuntut ilmu BF nih...
cuma another prob of mine bila BF ni, my nipple cepat crack. I think my tissue ni 'manje' sket, easily sore and crack!! masa dlm pantang sampai 2-3x kena mastitis, then bila sore tu mula la rase nak give up (teruk kan??) . Any advise on how to avoid this cracked nipples etc. I mmg guna nipple cream from the beginning. Sampai everytime my baby after BF, mulut dia mesti 'comot' cam berminyak2 cos of the nipple cream tuh hehhehe (tp cute jugak ihikkss)
oh yes, another important Qns to ask, do u Medela BP users use Medela feeding bottles to feed ur baby??? Or do u transfer the EBM into another bottle?? Is it easy to get Medela teats and bottles in the store?? Rase macam tak banyak je Medela feeding bottles and accesories ni compared to Avent. And Medela feeding bottle ni wide neck ke neck biase?? I found wide-neck is easier to clean and pour etc...

Hai Hanis, thanks for visiting this my shop. Betul ckp Fiza tu, Hanis silap baca kot. Sebab yang Aja maksudkan berat (around 3.5-4 kg) tuh Medela PISA – ‘Pump In Style Advanced’, That one motor dia attach to bag, and cannot be removed. Means everywhere you gerak/pump with the bag also. And PISA is also a good double pump. Whilst FS na swing is very mobile and portable. Means you can pump and brings them anywhere. The different is that Swing is A SINGLE PUMP, whilst FS is double pump with handsfree option. If you are a mother on the GO, then FS is for you. Both are battery operated and FS gives you advantage of having rechargeable battery option, you can charge the battery the same way you charge your handphone.
Hi mamiHaziQ, harap anak2 semua sihat ya.. InsyaAllah mamiHaziQ pon boleh fullybfeed and pump at work. MamiHaziQ, my journey back in 2006, I didn’t get to even pump sampai 20 oz per day. I pump only 12-15 oz per DAY, but guess what I managed to fullybfeed Azalea my 2nd daughter for fifteen months before she refused to bfeed coz I am pregnant with Rayyan.Back then, I also don’t have those 100 over packs of frozen stok, I only managed to have like 8-10 frozen EBM. But I survived all thru the year. Why because, I pump today and gave them tomorrow and I do believe in giving fresh EBM. And the frozen stok is only for emergency and as contingency plan. The utmost important parts is to pump to the right amount your baby’s daily intake. And If possible then produce more for frozen stock… so that if anything happen, you’re your production doesnot meet up your baby daily intake, than you may use the frozen EBM. Basically this is something to practice on. And alhamdulillah, with Rayyan now..pernah juga dapat 25-27 oz, but as Rayyan will be a year this week, syukur masih sometimes dapat around 19-20 oz.
Regarding the crack nipple, maybe mamiHaziQ boleh try other type of nipple cream e.g pureLan atau bepanthen. Sometimes maybe nipple cream tu x sesuai atau you wil have to try n error with different types of nipple cream. Biasa kalau kerap sgt cracked nipple, sapu susu keliling pon x berkesan. And ambil vit C pon ok supaya your kulit cure fast. Even vit E is good for skin, but kalau x silap…its not good to consume during pregnancy. So amik vit C la yer.. And suction avent is more ‘manja’ than medela. So I assume your nipple must be sensitive. So if you have any plan to changed to medela Bpump, you might as well try them first. Another way to survived cracked nipple is to wear Medela softshell for cracked nipple, that I think will helps too.
About the feeding bottle, I use MAM bottle for my Rayyan. So basically my medela bottle I use storage bottle with hard lids. I sell medela bottle and teat for a price cheaper than other store and its standard neck bottle. I do found uts not a big problem to pump in one bottle and then transfer them to another. In fact, I only ‘bekal’ kan satu feeding bottle sahaja pada nursery. The rest is the EBM bottles with hard lids and no teats. Thanks for visiting mamiHaziQ. I will copy and email you my answers.

bottles..i used the medela ones to pump.. then masuk dlm avent bottles to drink..
the medela ones due to its slimness , save space..so i can carry 4 bottles..cooler brick..flanges, membrane backcap etc..motor,clips sumer in my bag ( i tak guna the freestyle bag tu)..erm..if you pernah tgk the allerhand lunch bag tu..well i can fit everything into there... but i have the conversion kit where i can pump directly into my avent bottles if i want to conversion kit i pernah tgk ada kat Firts few years..

But some of my frens ckp, sbb mixed dgn ayam/ikan tu, takut the EBM also dah berbau and tuka rase.. is that right?? If that's the case, i kena carik 'freezer' lain la cenggitu?? Maklum le fridge yg ada pon ngam2 je ngan isik rumah yang ada heheh
so medela's bottle are std neck ehh.. takpe lah, if gitu i'll stick to Avent or MAM bottle. I used MAM cos of the BPA issue. And i think it's cute!! Cuma susah nak carik puting. Avent mmg dah lama pakai, best cos senang carik teats etc. tp semalam 'window shopping' kat 'lil caliph' i found that they already sell the BPA-free Avent bottles.. bagus2.. regarding the nipple cream, i used 'Palmer's cocoa butter' tu.. i love the smell.. maybe nanti nak try cream lain lah if that might help..
mamiHaziQ, Aja x guna pon freezer, for me to have or to use a freezer depends totally on your nature of works. And for my work, I dont find the need of using freezer, Maybe my tanto pon dh kira bg enuff kot. One time it fits 180 packs of 3.5 oz of EBM. But I always tells bfeedingMOM to always pump today and give the fresh/chilled EBM the next day, And if you pump extra or more than ur baby intake..then only you freeze them.
Use the frozen EBM only for emergency and as contigency plan. Atau, you may use the frozen as daily rotation so it may not expired. e.g - 4 fresh ebm daily plus 1 frozen stock. its quite long to explain here. insyaAllah after cuti I will email you ya..

My advice, samada you opt for bra yang ada dipasaran, atau kalau ada kwn pernah guna medela bra, maybe boleh minta pendapat mereka. atau try search kat mothercare, mom's care for medela bra, atau online mcm fabulousmom (boleh try ke showroom mereka on saturday n try on) atau the babyloft.com.
usually medela nursing bra will cost around RM130-200 sehelai termasuk shipping.

Alhamdulillah FS work well for you... kekdg terpikir gak camne linda leh bertahan dgn mini-e PLUS ya. EH..linda lately ramai gak tanyer Aja psl mini-e Plus. Linda rasa camne? Tapi Aja x la suggest, and x jual pon sebab x de 2-phase expression. Aja mmg giler 2-phase expresion..love it...love it...
p/s: Linda ari tuh dpt let down in 39 seconds, terus tingat linda...
Linda pun dah melekat ngan 2 phase expression since try pump in style dulu... tapi mcm Aja slalu ckp .. if kita dah tau how our body works, get to know how our pump works, insya Allah ok... that's why, everytime balik dpd outstation ke.. ter bz sampai terskip pumping session, mmg linda increase balik pumping session, at least sampai production back to normal....
Tapi once linda dah try 2 phase exp PIS dulu, mmg superb la... kalau nak compare ngan mini e plus, mmg 2 phase expression kat PIS ngan FS byk advantage la over mini-e plus.. suction mini-e plus tu sakit sket la... lebih kurang suction spectra... and lambat dpt letdown... so, lama sket la temenung melangut nak tunggu susu kluar... tak mcm FS & PIS - ada stimulation phase... cepat je.. 39 saat tuuuu.... suction sgt soft, yet production byk.... lagi satu, mini-e plus ni bukan meant for heavy duty... kalau tgk website medela pun kata cenggitu.... based on linda & kakak linda punye experience, after about 1 year, mmg kena gi service sbb performance motor dia merudum.... tu sbb terlebih heavy duty- 4-5 kali satu hari tuu.... mmg lunyai la....
kesim pulannye, mini e plus okey... as long as kita maintain pumping session... tapi kalau ada duit lebih tu, sila la angkat FS dpd Aja... hehe.. tukang pomote sket....
